Residential, Zurich

The structure of the building is characterized by a high degree of flexibility in terms of housing sizes based on the principle of a central space where the personal rooms and the kitchen and dining areas are aggregated resulting in a variety of forms of use, from 2,5 - 3,5 - 4,5 family apartments to lofts. The fac;ade proposed is a curtain-wall system with horizontal bands between the slightly recessed ceilings.

Cien Hotel, Barcelona

This interior design project involved the gutting of a 19th century apartment to renovate into a modern functional guesthouse with 8 rooms. The design chosen was a blend of warm nobel materials and a modern aesthetic.

The use of smart lighting, smart thermostat & occupancy sensors reduces considerably the enviromental impact of this small & efficient hotel.

Green Golf Villas, Peru

The real estate developers asked for an innovative concept as an alternative of the typical appartment buildings. Our project offered an exclusive complex of eight towers of apartments, pointing out to a golf course, with two typologies and four lofts per tower ranging 300 and 350 m2 each. The proposal is conceived as a succession of suspended volumes flowing along the hill slope adapting to the site's topography. Views to Lima and the Pacific and maximum natural light ingress were the design parameters that generate the guidelines of the cantilevers and create a balance between the opaque volumes and the transparent ones.
